Conference China, a Country of Cinema: New Opportunities for the Navarra Audiovisual Industry
On October 9 and 10, the conference China, a Country of Cinema: New Frontiers for the Audiovisual Industry was held in Navarra, organized by the International Projection Service of the Government of Navarra, Fundación Qili, and PIXELIAN. This event provided a unique opportunity for entities, production companies, and professionals from the Navarra audiovisual sector to explore the possibilities of the Chinese film market, the second largest in the world.
The event, with the collaboration of the Navarra Film Archive and the support of CLAVNA and NAPAR, promoted the internationalization of the Navarra audiovisual sector. On the first day, at the facilities of PIXELIAN – Club de Marketing de Navarra, the study China in the Internationalization of the Audiovisual Sector: An Opportunity for Industry Growth in Navarra was presented, accompanied by various talks on market expansion. On the second day, at the Navarra Film Archive, the animated film Guardian of Dragons, a co-production between China and Spain, was screened, followed by a discussion.
These conferences represented an excellent opportunity for the Navarra audiovisual sector to connect with the Asian giant and explore new avenues for growth.
