The Public Entity Euskal Irrati Telebista-Radio Televisión Vasca, commonly referred to as Euskal Irrati Telebista, the “Entity,” or by its acronym EITB (in Spanish: Radio Televisión Vasca), is a public entity of private law, dependent on the Culture Department of the Basque Government and, legislatively, on the Basque Parliament. Together with EITB Media S.A.U., the company that produces and broadcasts radio, television, and Internet channels, it forms the public communication group of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country in Spain.
