The Faculty of Communication of the University of Navarra is positioned for another year as the best nationally and in the Top 100 World

This faculty, a partner of CLAVNA, has been obtaining the first place in Spain and among the 100 best in the world according to the QS World University Ranking for several years. The prestige of the School of Communication of the University of Navarra (FCom) is known worldwide for the training of its teachers, its deployment of technical means and the quality and quantity of electives, exchange options with other universities and complementary activities. These reasons, among others, have made the QS World University Ranking place it one more year as the first faculty at the level of communication (an award it shares with the Complutense University) and is between 51st and 100th worldwide. Six other subjects of the University of Navarra have also obtained the first national position in their respective areas.

This faculty is located in the privileged enclave of the university campus, which has also won several years the Green Flag Award for the good management of its green areas. Great communicators have come out of this building in its different promotions, such as Iñaki Gabilondo, David Beriáin, Helena Resano, Jordi Gasull or Alex Pina. The faculty is closely linked to the Audiovisual Cluster of Navarra (CLAVNA), of which it is a member and also, through Napar, some of its associate professors. Currently, Clavna collaborates with FCom to jointly shape a laboratory of formats and ideas in order to build bridges with the local productive fabric.

The cluster has also acted as a practitioner in one of the research works of the thesis Social innovation and supply chain: a strategic alliance for the improvement of competitiveness. The case of the audiovisual sector, by Isabel Olloqui, former member of the Board of Directors of CLAVNA and current head of the cabinet of the Rector María Iraburu. In addition, the University of Navarra has also shown its support for the creation of an Audiovisual Hub in Pamplona, to promote entrepreneurship and the incubation of audiovisual projects. On the occasion of these synergies, on March 28, the manager of CLAVNA, Arturo Cisneros, gave the closing class of the last course of Audiovisual Communication with a session on the Navarre audiovisual industry.
